i've got today a new email, and i think it's so important and beneficial that all of us take a look at it
,one of my acquaintances asked one of his relatives who's working as a professor for more than one medical university in the US, about the reliability of this email. surprisingly, he replied that it's true, and we should be careful when having like these kinds of food, fruit, and juice

All of it is true. We have not used any of the sugar-containing drinks for more than 40 years. We drink the sugar-free equivalents. Fruits have sugar - fructose, which are healthier to consume. A person who has diabetes, should be very meticulous in his / her diet with regard to the sugar ******* of food.
